The driving force behind Prepared Foods Australia is our vision to create a state of the art contract manufacturing organisation to meet the diverse needs of our domestic and international customers.
Located at Wacol on Brisbane’s western suburbs, our manufacturing facility employs approximately 100 staff. We currently produce over 400 different products for the following markets:
Food Service - developed for the food service market, the Clever Cuisine range includes soups, pasta sauces, steak sauces, base products, contemporary meals and cooked meat products for hotels, restaurant chains, airlines, caterers and retail outlets.
Health & Aged Care – specifically developed for the hospital and aged care market, the Health Cuisine range includes 130 products nutritionally balanced to meet Australian Dietary Standards. The product range includes, soups, protein dishes, vegetables, desserts, texture modified foods and individual meals.
Contract Manufacturing (OEM) – we have focussed on manufacturing products specifically to our client’s recipes and requirements, including Retail Private Brand Manufacturing, Food Service Private Brand Manufacturing and Industrial Component Manufacturing.
Export – over the past 6 years we have developed strong relationships with the Asian market. Products exported are primarily soups, sauces, meal components and base products to restaurant chains and food service companies in Japan, Taiwan, New Zealand and the UK.
